Kathryn Annette Stewart

Mrs. Kathryn Annette Stewart 60, of Hohenwald passed away at her home on December 4,2019 surrounded by her husband, son, and friends. She was born in Lewis County at the Boyce Clinic on March 29,1959 to the late Lonnie Claude Sims Jr and Alda Mae Robertson Sims Strickland. In her spare time Mrs. Stewart enjoyed heading out for a camping adventure or loading up and heading to yard sales and flea markets.  Anyone who met her could instantly tell the love that she carried for her family.  She’s been described as a wonderful and loving wife and mother. 

Mrs. Kathryn is survived by her husband of 45 years Larry Stewart; son Michael Stewart; brothers Chris Strickland and Billy Sims; Nieces Christy (Scott) Greer, Allison Long Gray, and Ashley Gray; nephews Michael Long, Hunter Long, Tony Cissell and Caleb Greer; an aunt Jeanette Sims and several  other uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Stewart also leaves behind special friends Tony Bennett, Linda Gillespie, Jackie Blanchette, Brandon Blanchette, and Jolene Avrett.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Wilda Sims Hayes Giles and Belinda Jones Sims. 

A graveside service is scheduled at Memorial Gardens on Friday December 6,2019 at 1:00pm.
