Anita Jones Obituary

On April 10,2020 Mrs. Anita Nell Jones peacefully passed away at the age of 52 in her Hohenwald home surrounded by family. She was born in Savannah, TN on November 26,1967 to Ms. Dessie Nell (Skelton) Walker and the late James Walker.  On April 7,2005 she married Mr. Larry Wayne Jones and together their love for motorcycles and car shows took them on many road-trip adventures throughout their marriage.

In her spare time Anita enjoyed being outdoors and working on her flower garden or taking trips to the mountains for camping fun and making memories.  She loved to dance, and it didn’t matter who was watching, she was living in the moment and enjoying life to the fullest.   One of her hobbies including cutting vinyl stickers for crafting.  Even with a fun and adventurous life it was well known that she lived to care for her husband and family. One could see the outpouring of love she had for all her grandchildren.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her sons Robert (Heather) Hinson, and Harvey (Merissa) Hinson; step-daughter Angie (James) Morris; grandchildren Sofia Hinson, Hagen Hinson, Brodie Hinson, Emersyn Hinson and Jayme Smith;  brothers Rodney (Lexa) Walker, and Michael Walker; sister Edna (Ralph) Skelton; an uncle Brent (Evonne) Staggs; and nieces and nephews Haley Walker, Marlee Walker, James Skelton, Brandi Sharp, Briar Sharp and Brennan Sharp.
