On April 22, 2023, just three days shy of his 76th birthday, Mr. Clayburn Clinton Smith Jr. passed away at his Hohenwald home. He was born in Hohenwald, TN on April 25, 1947, to Clayburn C. Smith Sr. and Mrs. Eleanor Estelle Francis Shopee. He was also preceded in death by his brother Fred Smith and sister-in-law Patricia Smith.

Mr. Smith is survived by his partner for life, Ms. Alline Wood and brothers Carl (Mary) Smith, Alias Smith, and Joe Smith.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and catching the local races where he was loved by all.

Per Mr. Smith's wishes no services will be conducted. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
