Danny Coleman

Mr. Danny Coleman unexpectedly passed away on December 31, 2022, after succumbing to injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident in Wayne County. He was born in Middletown, OH on December 15, 1948, to the late Kapp and Freida Coleman. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his son Danny Lee Coleman; grandchildren Craig and Adalyn; and siblings Tony Perkins and Brenda Ritch.

Mr. Coleman proudly served his country after enlisting in the United States Army and completing 3 tours and serving during Vietnam. After leaving the Army he made a lifelong career as a painter. He and his family formed a D&D painting company. During his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors at all possible times. He was always working in his garden, going fishing, or visiting the casinos between Kentucky and Missouri. Danny loved his dogs and would always make sure they were very well cared for. If he was going somewhere, even just errands they were always in tow with him. 

Danny leaves behind to carry his memory forward his wife Mrs. Ramona Johnson Coleman; children Julie Danielle Coleman, David (Sam) Arnwine, Amy Napier, Jackie (Heather) Arnwine, and Mary Helen (Cary) Nicks; siblings Martha York, Betty Story, Sheila Kasson, Bernadine Reeping, Kirk Lawson, and Jim Lawson. He also leaves behind grandchildren Julianna, Anthony, Skylar, Serenity, Maggie, Zayden, Shyann, Trevor, Amelia, Scottie, and Cary and a childhood friend, Mr. Jack Sexton, and his cousin Steve Coleman.

Services are pending and will be announced once confirmed. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
