JD Staggs

JD Staggs, aged 71, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, in his hometown of Hohenwald, TN. Born on March 18, 1954, to the late JC and Hazel Armstrong Staggs, JD's life was a testament to the enduring spirit of family, friendship, and the simple pleasures of life.

JD grew up in the serene landscape of Hohenwald alongside his siblings, finding joy in the everyday adventures that rural life afforded. Although he bid farewell to his brothers, Kenneth Ray Staggs and Gary Don Staggs, earlier in life, JD's memory will be continued through his loving sisters, Janice Sharp, Becky Burns, Diane Jackson, and Janie L. Staggs.

He was the proud father to his two sons, Brian and Troy Staggs. His grandchildren, Andrew, Adilyn, Aiden, Kennadie, and Quentin Staggs, were the light of his life

JD's interests reflected his love for the simple things. He found serenity by the river, a place where he could relax and reflect on. His friends will fondly recall his easygoing nature during countless gatherings.

Services will take place at a later time. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
