Janie Ruth (Hendrix) Bredemann

Ms. Janie Ruth Hendrix Bredemann peacefully passed away on November 11,2020 at the age of 94 surrounded by her family in her Hohenwald home.   She was born in Waycross, GA on January 28,1926 to the late Austin and Matilda (Cox) Hendrix. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David Herrin; Harold “Pop” Bredemann; her son David C. Herrin Jr.; her daughter Nancy E. Fullard; and siblings Leo Hendrix, Dewey Hendrix, Walter Hendrix, and Ethel Dixon.

Ms. Ruth was health care aide working for Home Health. She was able to deeply touch many lives during her career and was able to help many members of our community. Ruth enjoyed attending church at the Pentecostals of Hohenwald where she was a member. In her spare time, she enjoyed catching up on reading, working on beautiful quilts and fishing with her family.

Ms. Bredemann leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Carole (James) Fullard, Dennis (Judy) Herrin, and Arthur (Donna) Herrin; 14 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; and 21 great great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be announced when the date becomes available.
