Jesse Robert Vaughn

On April 11, 2023, Mr. Jesse Robert Vaughn Sr. passed from this earthly world at the age of 55, in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Columbia, TN on November 23, 1967, to the late Robert and Brenda Anderson Vaughn.

Jesse is survived by his children Michelle “Shell” Harwell (Ryan), Jamey Vaughan, and Jesse R. “Bubba” Vaughan Jr. (Shenna); grandchildren Ansleigh and Desten Hester, T.J. Vaughan, Elanya Ayers, Ravin, Sapphire, and Scarlett Vaughan, Axel, and Zander Vaughan. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory his siblings Ella “Sissy” Vaughn, David Vaughn, Chris Vaughn (Peggy), Stacy Ferguson (Brandon), and Maggie Craig (Chuck).

Jesse had a love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, playing football, and working on and restoring trucks. Anyone who met him knew how big of a heart he had. Jesse is described as always being happy go lucky and always willing to help whoever needed it. There isn’t anyone that he would consider a stranger, everyone was a friend in his book. His true passion was taking pictures of the outdoors. His most beautiful pictures came from catching the perfect sunsets in the evenings.

Visitation with family and friends will begin at 3:00 on Saturday April 22, 2023, until the time of service of 7:00 pm in the chapel of Adair Funeral & Cremation Services.
