On July 19, 2022, Mr. Jimmie Earl Hinson left this earthly world at the age of 79. Jimmie was born in Hohenwald on November 17, 1942, to the late Owen and Mary Peery Hinson. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his beautiful wife Mrs. Rosemary Floyd Hinson and his brother Randall Hinson.
He leaves behind to carry on his memory his stepdaughters Kim (Ken) Browning and Sabrina (Patrick) Jaynes; Brother Leo Hinson; a special friend Charlotte Morgan; grandchildren Josh Duncan and Baylon Greever; and nieces and nephews Shannon Schmittou (Craig), Parker Schmittou, Payton Evans (Shaun), Owen Binkley, Riley Evans, and Jasper Evans.
Mr. Hinson was a truck driver and worked many years driving for Mr. Yogi Spears.
Jimmie had a larger-than-life personality, and no one ever knew what he would do or say from one moment to the next. He enjoyed being the jokester and making everyone around him laugh. He enjoyed raising beagle hounds and tending to his horses. When he felt adventurous, he would head out for some rabbit hunting or head to the river for fishing.
A graveside service will be held tomorrow July 22, 2022, at Brown Cemetery beginning at 11:00 am. Brother Terry Peery will be officiating.
Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
