Judith Kay Hand passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, at the age of 85 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Born on February 3, 1940, in Peoria, Illinois, Judith was the cherished daughter of the late Floyd and Doris Harrison. She navigated through life's journey with grace, leaving an imprint on the hearts of those she encountered.
Judith's life was one of love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to her family. She was a guiding light to her children, Vicky (Robert) Prager, Terri (Michael) Stanton, and Jimmy (Mary) Montgomery, who will forever cherish the wisdom and kindness she imparted.
A proud grandmother, Judith's joy was amplified with the birth of each grandchild. Lacey Hoover, Rick Osburn, Tiffany, Katherine, and Brianna Montgomery were the recipients of her boundless love and support. Her great-grandchildren, Kendal and Caleb Hoover, Hazen Osburn, Taryn Schrouder and Alanha Coriz, were blessed to know their 'Great-Grandma Judy' and experience her gentle spirit and nurturing embrace.
Judith's journey through life was shared with her late brother, Jack Harrison, and her beloved husband, Roy Montgomery, both of whom predeceased her. Together with Roy, she created a home filled with laughter, compassion, and an open door to anyone in need of care or company.
