Larry Richard Brown

Larry Richard Brown passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was born in Lewis County, on September 26, 1948, to the late Raymond and Bessie Brown.

Larry was a dedicated employee for 35 years at Dana Company in Hohenwald, TN.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Johnnie Carroll Brown; his son Ricky Dwayne Brown; and his granddaughter Cagney Brown.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his brother Bob (Betty) Brown; sisters Mary Hickerson, Diann (Gary) Wayne; and Connie (Paul) O’Guin; granddaughters Crystal (Wally) Thomas and Candace (Cainan) Workman.  His great grandchildren Braxtin and Lucky Thomas, Caimora, Caimyaa, and Caimoni Workman, and Ryker Jones will keep his memory close at heart.

The family is planning a graveside service at a later time.
