Madeline Carol (Wardlow) Morris

Madeline Carol Morris passed away at her home in Linden, TN, on July 12, 2023. Born on October 10, 1958, in Carson City, Nevada, Madeline lived a life full of love, creativity, and dedication to her family.

 Madeline was the beloved daughter of the late John and Florine (Blassingame) Wardlow.

 Throughout her life, Madeline worked as a dedicated grocery clerk. Her friendly demeanor and kind heart made her a favorite among customers and colleagues alike.

But Madeline's life was not all work. She had a love for crafting, plants, and gardening that she passed on to her family. She spent countless hours tending to her garden, her hands always busy nurturing life. Her granddaughters, Alaina and Samantha Morris, were the beneficiaries of her creativity, as she was in the process of building a beautiful dollhouse for them, a labor of love that would continue to bring joy to their lives.

Madeline was a woman of many talents, but her greatest gift was her ability to love those around her. She was a loving wife to Allen, a devoted mother to Jason, and a doting grandmother to Alaina and Samantha. Her family was her world, and her love for them was evident in everything she did.

Madeline's friends and family will remember her as a woman who was always there for them, ready to lend a hand or a sympathetic ear. Her kind spirit and friendly demeanor made her a joy to be around, and she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Madeline Carol Morris leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and creativity. She is survived by her husband, Allen; her son, Jason; and her beloved granddaughters, Alaina and Samantha. She is also remembered by countless friends and community members whose lives she touched during her time with us.

A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
