Obituary
Ms. Mary Lee Baxter Spurgeon peacefully passed away in Murfreesboro, TN surrounded by family and friends on April 27, 2022. Ms. Mary was born on May 5, 1936, in Hohenwald, TN to the late Carmel and Cora Baxter Stutts.
Ms. Mary was a member of Blondy Church of God where she loved to listen and follow the gospel. In her free time nothing was more important then surrounding herself with her family and close friends. She had a passion for any and all animals and enjoyed sewing.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Lecia (Eric) King; grandchildren Chad Kendal Clifton, Chasidi Ann Deep, and Jerran Clifton; great grandchildren Campbell Crews Deep and Miller Monroe Deep; and her siblings Larry Stutts and Rita (Bobby) Norris.
Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday April 30, 2022, from 11:00-2:00 in the chapel of Adair Funeral & Cremation Services. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with Mrs. Anita Jo Walters officiating. Burial will immediately follow in Swiss Cemetery.
