Michael Shawn Schlagle, a beloved son, friend, and passionate computer enthusiast, passed away at his home in Hohenwald, TN, on September 30, 2023, and was born on September 16, 1989, in Mississippi.

The son of Katrina Thornton Schlagle, Michael was a beacon of light in his mother's life. Michael's ability to bring laughter and happiness into any situation will forever be remembered by his mother and those who had the privilege to know him.

Michael was blessed with a group of special friends who played a significant role in his life. Diane McClain, Dee James, Cami Frazier, and Cindy Ring were not just his friends, but his extended family.

After completing high school, Michael pursued higher education for some time. His academic journey, although brief, was characterized by curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to personal growth. His interest in computers was not just a hobby, but a passion that he pursued with dedication.

In his 34 years, Michael Shawn Schlagle touched countless lives with his kindness, creativity, and love for life. He will be deeply missed but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his mother and friends.
