Nancy Hopper

Nancy Cole Hopper, a woman of loving-kindness and generosity, passed away on August 20, 2024, at her home in Linden, Tennessee. Born on August 12, 1947, in Dyer County, TN, to the late Roy and Emma Katherine Holland Cole, Nancy's gentle spirit and warm heart touched the lives of all who knew her.

A woman of warmth and grace, Nancy was the cherished matriarch of her family. She was a mother to her sons, Mike Hopper and Mark (Mikki) Hopper, who reflect her nurturing love and strength. Nancy shared a bond with her brothers, Larry Cole and Jimmy (Susan) Cole, and held dear the memory of her late brother, Dale Cole. Her loving husband, Alivin Ray Hopper, preceded her in death, and together they leave a legacy of compassion and unity that continues to inspire their family and community.

Her love extended beyond her immediate family to a wide circle of friends and acquaintances.

Nancy's life was filled with simple joys: the laughter of her children, the company of her brothers, and the countless shared moments with friends and family.

A celebration of life memorial service will take place at a later date. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
