Ms. Penelope Goff Bell 69 of Parsons, TN passed away December 29,2019 at Jackson-Madison General Hospital. Ms. Bell was born in Jackson, TN to the late Billy Hobart and Lola Goff on August 17,1950. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a son Chaymus Bell and a brother Tommy Goff. Penelope worked as a beautician at her salon Sheer Genius before starting a new business called Solutions. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, going shopping or heading out for an adventure when anyone was ready. More than anything she loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.

Ms. Penelope is survived by her son Drake (Melissa) Bell of Linden; grandchildren River William and Fender Chase Bell; brothers Patrick Goff and Ricky (Sharon) Goff; and nieces Kaylee Sipes, Cheyenne Robertson, Megan Goff Henderson, and Shannon Sheree.
