Randy Lee Lynch, a cherished soul known for his kind heart and infectious humor, passed away peacefully on the 25th of February, 2025, in Selmer, Tennessee, at the age of 65. Born on November 14, 1959, in the welcoming town of Linden, Tennessee.
Randy was the beloved son of Ronald Lee Lynch and Gennie Hinson. His journey through life was one filled with laughter, love, and the simple pleasures that make a life well-lived. He found his soulmate in Sherry Lynch, who predeceased him, and together they shared countless cherished moments.
Randy's passion for working on junk cars was more than a hobby; it was a canvas for his creativity and mechanical genius. His hands, always stained with grease, were a testament to his dedication and skill. The flea markets were his playground, where he would spend hours in search of hidden treasures and the company of fellow enthusiasts.
He was a brother to Karita Lynch, Matthew Lynch, and Sandy Shelton, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond and a lifetime of memories. Randy's cousin, Joe Lynch, was not just a cousin but more like another brother.
Those who knew Randy will remember him as a man who never failed to bring a smile to the faces of those around him. His sense of humor was as much a part of him as his generous spirit. Friends, family, and acquaintances alike could always count on Randy to lift their spirits with a well-timed joke or a gentle tease.
A graveside service will take place Saturday March 1, 2025 at Edwards Cemetery beginning at 1:00 pm. Brother Bill Webb will be officiating.
