Ronald Stephen Bryant passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, in Hohenwald, Tennessee, at the age of 72. Born on September 13, 1952, in Cunningham, Tennessee, Stephen was the son of the late Joseph Owen "Joe" Bryant and Lillian Mae Baggett Bryant, and he grew up in a close-knit family that included his now-deceased siblings, Joseph Bryant, Ernestene Schmittou, Patsy Stagner, and Bettye Batson.
Stephen’s life was a testament to his loving and kind nature, which was felt by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to his wife of 48 years, Marty Lynn White Bryant, who was his lifelong companion and best friend. Their enduring partnership was a source of strength and inspiration to their two daughters, Candy Michelle Harrington and Stephanie Lynn Audain. Stephen took immense pride in his role as Papa to Micah Michelle Telford and Amaya Grace Audain, whose lives he enriched with wisdom and joy.
For many years, Stephen was a dedicated Brake Press Operator at Trane, where his work ethic and personable nature made him well-liked among his colleagues. In his spare time, Stephen enjoyed bowling, playing cards, riding his motorcycles, and cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
