Sarah Fuller Obituary

Sarah Fuller, a light of love and kindness, passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 74, in Hampshire, Tennessee. Born on August 10, 1949, in Barbourville, Kentucky, to the late Tom and Amanda Grubb, Sarah's life was a tapestry of devotion to her family and a testament to her nurturing spirit.

Sarah's journey began as a sibling of nine, her childhood in Barbourville was the stage for a life filled with love and laughter. She carried these gifts into her own family life with the late Ronald Fuller, her cherished husband, with whom she raised a vibrant family of seven children: Leeanna, David, Pamela, Wanda, Tammy, Bobby, and Ronald. Sarah's heart and home were always open, a sanctuary for not just her children but also for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Sarah's siblings, Doris Walker, T.J. Grubb, Teddy Grubb, James Grubb, Carson Grubb, and Ellis Grubb, will remember her as the thread that often held the fabric of the family together, while cherishing the memories of their deceased siblings, Bonnie and Lonnie Grubb. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren—Kyle, Josh, Kayla, Keisha, Tasha, Tabitha, Jesse, Megan, Camdyn, Noah, Tionnie, Austin, Calvin, Kenzie, and Kameron—and her treasured great-grandchildren—Graycie, Emerlee, Alivia, Kavin, Kingslee, Kentrell, Elaina, Amberlyn, Emma, McKenzie, Paisley, Arabella, Remington, Cadia, Kaylee, DeWayne, Dalton, Kynlee, Chloe, Kolton, Kaylee, Ashley, Shawn, Ty, Brooklyn, Maya, and Lexie.

Sarah embraced her role as a homemaker with grace and excellence, creating a warm and inviting household where all were welcome. She found joy in cooking, an art she lovingly passed down to her family, often gathering them around the table to share meals and stories. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, a place where recipes and traditions were shared, and where laughter and advice were a staple as much as any ingredient.

Her love extended beyond the walls of her home. Sarah was a cherished member of her community, known for her compassion and willingness to lend a hand. Her presence was a comfort to many, and her absence will be deeply felt by those who knew her.

As we bid farewell to Sarah Catherine Fuller, we celebrate the remarkable woman she was. Her spirit, a loving embrace that extended far beyond the reaches of her immediate family, will continue to be felt in every cherished memory and in the legacy of love she leaves behind. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her life was a beautiful reflection of the love she bore for everyone around her, and she will be profoundly missed.
