Shelly Hendershot Obituary

On April 8, 2022, Ms. Shelly Bee Hendershot peacefully passed away at her Waverly home at the age of 63. Ms. Shelly was born in Pierz, South Dakota on October 3, 1958, to Mrs. Gloria Ann Nafstad and the late Harvey Hendershot. Along with her father she was preceded in death by her siblings Tammy Sundquist, Thomas Nelson, and Robin Nelson.

Shelly was a member of The Well of Hurricane Mills where she enjoyed spending her free time volunteering and helping others.

In addition to her mother, she leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Robert Meyman and wife Kelly; a sister Dawn Ryan; a grandchild Kennedy Meyman; and very special friend Leeann Lawser.

There are currently no services planned. Adair Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
