Verna Ruth (Barrow) Brown

On August 13,2021 Ms. Verna Ruth Brown unexpectedly passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia at the age of 76. She was born in Beaumont, TX on November 11,1944 to the late Midgie and Sara Barrow. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mr. James Brown.

Ms. Verna is survived by her loving son William Brown and daughter-in-law Nicole Brown; grandchildren William, Emma, Walker, and Mason Heverly Brown, and Darren Lee; special friend Jillian Taylor; and brothers Rob and Leroy Brown both from Texas.

A memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm  Sunday August 22,2021 in the chapel of Adair Funeral & Cremation. Ms. Brown will then be laid to rest beside her husband Mr. James Brown in High Island Cemetery in Texas.
