Kaye was born in Columbia Tennessee to Frank & Wanda Sealey. She is survived by her husband Richard Carl Duval, her father Frank Everett Sealey, children Jason Axl Sealey (Chelsea), Holly Kaye Runions (Lee), and Justin Carl Duval, Grandchildren Lucius Dane & Silas Nikola Sealey, Zaydeth Lee & Everlette Isabella Runions, and Zayden Gavin Duval, her siblings Vincent Sealey (Donette), Susan Mealer (Keith), and Tracy Sealey (Abby), also nieces and nephews.

Kaye was a woman that would not let anyone go without. An artist that loved to sing and take care of her plants. She was a professional florist for many years in Columbia and Mt. Pleasant, TN.

Kaye was an amazing Mother. She loved her family, especially her husband and grandbabies. She was determined to be a "Cool Grandma." And to her Grandchildren, she was. Fiercely protective & generous, making sure they had what they needed/wanted, mostly Hershey Kisses.
